Lock-tec is an established local company who specialise in the supply and installation of access control equipment, together with offering a vast range of locking equipment within our retail premises.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the team and all areas of the office.
Key Skills:
• Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
• Use of social media
• Accurate keyboard and data entry skills
• English & Maths - Grade C or above
• Attention to detail
• Organisational skills
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Flexible approach
Key Duties:
• Preparing quotations
• Prepare maintenance contracts
• Invoicing
• Product returns
• Processing orders
• Courier collections
• Diary management
• Monitor social media
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone
• On-the-job training will be provided
